I am currently going through the process of selling. Dan, Greg, Elle and Toby have been fantastic ! Communicating the feedback from the viewings. As this is my first going through the process the team have explained each stage step by step . I would have no hesitation to recommend the team to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a property. many thanks guys !

First time ive used reeds rains, but i have used other eastate agents before so i know what to expect, firstly, i didnt know i had failed the credit checked until i called up after a while to see what was going on, they then informed me about it, and from that point on its been hell, its been about 3 weeks since i applied for a property and now im still not in a new property and over £300 down, what a load of cobbles, i would NOT recommend these to any one, theres estate agents out there who dont charge no where near as much, and give a much better service.

Excellent team of staff all of which really helpful whenever we needed guidance or advice. Branch manager went above and beyond to help the process of buying our first house go as smooth and efficiently as possible! Highly recommended!

The branch have been fantastic, we unfortunately lost a sale but with their enthusiastic approach secured a sale almost straight away. Impressed with the customer service, a pleasure to deal with.
