Lovely marina with facilities for the boat owners, there is a bistro on site so you don't need to drive home to your boat and lovely views of pendle hill.
A lovely spot on the edge of Lancashire moorland with amazing views over the Pendle landscape. It’s difficult to imagine that it’s actually in the suburbs of a major Lancashire mill town.nVery nicely kept with lots of facilities for boat residents and visitors. Not the cheapest Marina, but you do get what you pay for…..

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your managers, Carla Harker, during my recent visit to Reedley marina.nnDuring my interaction with Carla, I encountered unprofessional behavior that I believe falls short of the level of customer service expected at your marina. Carla was dismissive, impatient, and rude throughout our conversation. When I approached her with a question, I was met with a condescending tone and an unwillingness to address my concerns respectfully. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.nnI understand that managing a marina can be challenging, but as a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The interaction I experienced with Carla has unfortunately affected my overall impression of your marina, which I have otherwise enjoyed visiting.nnI respectfully request that you address this matter with Carla to ensure that future customers do not experience a similar situation. I trust that you take customer service seriously and will take appropriate action to rectify this issue.nnThank you for your time and consideration. Personally had no issues, apart from people not cleaning facilities after use or parking like they've drove home pissed, those are people issues not marina ones. Expensive but most convenient marina in the NW.
