Dr Rushaine Just a quick note to say thank you so much for my new smile! I am over the moon with the results - it’s so much better than I could have imagined. For too many years I’ve been a ‘reluctant smiler' - now I feel happy to smile with confidence and happier at work in my public role - smiling from ear-to-ear every day! A superb experience from beginning to end.
Great dentist, admittedly not the cheapest. I have been going here c.7 yrs, but I was pretty afraid of a trip to the dentist before going here. I don’t understand the negative comment about the front desk, I can honestly say they offer some of the best and most polite customer service you can find. Five stars.
. I hadn’t been to a dentist for years due to a bad experience in a different practice. I eventually plucked up the courage to see what my options was regarding dental work. The receptionist when I had my first ever appointment went above and beyond to be compassionate and understanding of my situation, gave me reassurance and a breakdown of what will happen and all the costs and even gave me time too think it through, on top of that matched me with DR Gohar, the most gentle, kindest understanding dentist you could ever meet! everyone who works there is also lovely and welcoming and I’m very happy I found this practise and highly recommended to others, especially for nervous patients.
Highly recommend Reece Associates after being messed about from kingstanding Dentist, Can’t fault Amanveer Rai a Massive shout out, She gave me my Smile back… My Confidence back … Made sure I was Happy & Content with the treatment all the time during all appointments Went through treatment plans, Gave Advice what treatment was best for me, I can honestly say pulling and tugging as usual but had 0 pain while I was having treatment, really well looked after She is a credit to Reece Associates Attention to detail spot on, I look forward to returning with out hesitation
I've finally had my last teeth whitening treatment with the one and only Dr Rushaine Smith. From the consultation to answering my emails with queries and concerns out of hours, all was exemplary! Rushaine was gentle with me as my teeth were very sensitive and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable during treatment. I was also impressed with the lovely receptionists because after a few visits, they didn't even need to ask me my name but simply addressed me by my 1st name as soon as I walked in. That's never happened to me before. I'm very happy with my teeth; will be smiling with confidence and looking forward to summer taking plenty selfies and photo. Had my first visit to this dentist. Really good experience. Dharmesh D and Becky took time to ask me about any issues, and then took time to thoroughly explain what was going on for me and show me the x-rays taken; which was really useful as I could see what was happening. He then explained next steps and outlined a plan of what I should aim to do going forward. Previous visits to other dentist’s have always felt rushed and almost dismissive. I found D to be really approachable and professional at the same time. Thanks.
Brilliant dentists, I've been going for about 30 years and took my 2 year old along for the first time to get used to going so she isn't frightened. They were absolutely brilliant with her, she enjoyed the experience and I wasn't a stressed mum. Lovely, friendly place.
I've been going here for around 4 years now. The lobby and surgery rooms are very clean. Social distancing is taken seriously and surfaces are frequently sanitised. Reception staff are very welcoming, helpful and easing. Dr. Gohar is extremely professional and rarely needs to use local anesthetic. My recovery time after treatment is very short compared to my previous dentist and the prices are reasonable for private practice. NHS is available too but sometimes can be more expensive, bizzarly.
Have been a patient at this dentist for 30 odd years. Just had my 2nd implant fitted by Dharmish the best dentist I could wish for, supported by Becky who was lovely too. I used to get really nervous about check-ups etc but not any more - wouldn't go anywhere else! The reception staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Would definately recommend. Thank you
