08/09/2022 *UPDATE* So clearly I can not post two reviews for the same company, so I am updating this one. i was driving around a death trap. everything needed to be fixed, tie rods, ball joint, sway bar, shocks, the whole 9 front and back and a tune up, the total cost is $2800 with labor. Let me tell you when I got the call of my estimate I lost my cool, and I freaked out. i am a single mother of 6 girls all of which have just started school this week, so $ is a little tight right now. anywho upon speaking to red rock DERICK they were able to help me out. my total cost was $2800, out of my pocket and in payments I will be paying $1400.00 and red rock will be paying the other $1400. when they called me back with this news I praised god and red rock financial. I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am for this company and the help that they have given me. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Derrick your the best man !! THANK YOU !! let me just say that this finance company is god sent. I don’t have the best credit in the world, but they worked with me to make it possible that I was able to be approved for my vehicle. they also have amazing benefits and financial help for people who are building their credit!! I have definitely recommended them to a few friends. Thank you for all that you have done for me this far!! your customer service is amazing!!
I have dealt with thus company for over 5 yrs I have car issue payment issues and never have had a repo initiated. All I have to do is make a call and we get things done. Today my car broke all I had to do was have the car towed to the shop . Redrock took care of the rest. They helpful friendly and courteous. Man, there are so many great things to say about this company! Everyone there is so hands on and willing to help. They go above and beyond what it means to really care for their customers/clients. I have never received better service from a company. They were also so open to working with me and the issues I had going on, on top of being in the middle of a pandemic. They are great, and absolutely worthy of 5 stars!

I have he this company for almost 4 years now and they treat me the best out of any financial company I have ever been with. I love the customer service. I am on the customer rewards program because I pay religiously on my car note. And get entered into drawing for free oil change and money off my car note. They made my birthday last year so nice. I just had to rant about this awesome financial company. I’m trying to buy a car and found out they can help. I’m very happy. Just paid my car and and felt comfy doing it thanks to Cedric over at redrock financial sad to leave them but hoping they will help someone else be very happy like me.
I’ve been with this company for some time now and when I say they are AWESOME, I really mean AWESOME!! They are so friendly, they understand when you are going through situations and help you in every way they can! They are very genuine at Redrock Financial and it’s the ONLY PLACE I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
I worked at RedRock for about 13 months. It was an incredible experience. I have never worked at a company that cared as much about their customers, and it is obvious by the way they do business. RedRock works in a tough industry because the company is providing a needed service to folks who can't always meet their obligations. Instead of looking down on folks, RedRock goes above and beyond to create programs that actually help people with any and all issues they may have. I have never heard of an auto financier that does that. This mentality all comes from the CEO and the general manager. They truly think outside the box to help customers, and they inspire their employees to do the same. I have literally seen the CEO sacrifice dollars many times to help customers. I personally have experienced how hard this business can be and I admire the management's commitment to their customers and employees. It is a rare experience to work for folks that really care about their customers, even when it does not make financial sense. I also grew a ton professionally working for this company. The environment is a great mix of hard work and gratification because you can see the results of your work almost immediately. I would highly recommend working for RedRock if you have the chance. The company is going places. And if you want to finance a car in Northeast Ohio, I promise you, you cannot get a better financing partner than RedRock.
