Save your money and use a solicitor elsewhere. Forget the notion that it will be a better experience as they are local. In my opinion they are con artists. They have taken money from numerous people promising quick sales on houses then they just go off the radar, work in a time frame that suits them and then can never give you a straight or consitent answer about their progress or lack of 3 months on and no progress.

Gemma and the conveyancing team at Redkite Haverfordwest were very professional.  Kept us informed at all times and were a pleasure to deal with. Would have no hesitation to recommend Redkite Law
