Ignore the negative reviews! This post office is really good. I’ve been going here for years. The customer service is excellent. They have self service machines and someone there to help you to use them. They manage to keep an eye on how many customers are there and react appropriately.

I was in a hurry and forgot to print off the recipient's address on my parcels, Pooja 1159402 was so helpful  and friendly and dealt with my query very professionally. She also advised me an alternative posting method which saved me money too. Great advice and service, the member of staff truly went the extra mile, much appreciated!

Friendly staff never had a problem with sending mail

One particular woman with shorter brown hair at the post office is rude to me on a regular basis. Find that no matter how nice I am to her she is very rude to me and always treats customers like a child. I try to now avoid her at all costs.  Other staff are pleasant and can help me with my post or query.
