Honestly, I couldn't agree more with some of these reviews, I don't tend to do negative reviews but This bus station is tiny and could have been designed so much better, the staff here are very friendly however, sometimes it gets so packed to the point where buses don't even have a place to park and it means people who are less abled have to walk more then they have to and it also makes it harder to get on the bus which must be a horrible experience. There is good connections to Reigate, Dorking, East Grinstead and Croydon however, although, unless you are getting a bus you use often the prices are also quite pricey which I think is outrageous. It definitely needs a revamp especially with all the new projects coming in Redhill.
This bus station has to be the worst designed bus station I have ever seen. Trying to get a bus from here feels like you're playing the Russian roulette in the middle of a 4D Chess match. It's like a 3 year old toddler designed.nnThe only pro is that it has decent connections and you can go to places like Croydon, Gatwick, East Surrey Hospital.nnI'm only talking as a person who doesn't live in the area, locals might understand it better but if it is so confusing for non-locals I'd say it's a bad design
Is there anything good about this station? No. People are in a hurry to work but there's just one ticket machine that works. How are we supposed to be there on time?
Not clean at all... lot of rush during office hours ... station is very small as well
Very good bus stop most busses on time helpers there know the time exactly which is useful
