Down on holiday and needed an INR blood test for warfarin dose. Brilliant service from the receptionists and practice nurse. Got the test with no hassle. Million thanks, another example of our fantastic NHS, especially as it still recovers from the pandemic.
After a bad dog bite I was fortunate to get an end of day appointment with Nurse Amy and Doctor Leddy. They stayed after hours stitching my injury an ensuring my well being. What better service could I ever have expected. Thankyou.
i badly gashed my head during my holiday at Salcombe the accident took place at around 6.00pm we phoned the surgery they answered immeadiately! and arranged for me to see the nurse at 7.30. she professionaly dealt with me glueing the cut together and giving me a tetanus jab and i was out the door in 10 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service
I lived in Salcombe up in Batson from the age of 12yrs. Redfern HC was our family medical centre. We only live here now about 5 months of the year and over the years have continued to use the services of this fantastic Centre. All the staff from the receptionists to the Medical Team go above and beyond. A special thanks to Tessa at reception and to Amy their nurse for fitting me in so quickly I
All staff at Redfern have gone above and beyond for my family over the years and I am so grateful for the care they've received. Especially during these difficult times, I cannot praise the attitude and dedication of the doctors here highly enough.
