My Younger son attended the els till he was 4. overall is progress was to a high standard. Would certainly recommend up to 4 years old. When he left my only notable concern was the high staff turnover which I felt affected the continuity of care as different faces every other week for reasons which are unclear. If they can address this concern and improve staff retention my rating would be higher. Overall friendly structured setting.

Be warned !! For any parent the first thing with any school state or independent are the following questions, make sure you ask the following before you join - 1. What is the bullying Like in your school ? A - Several Kids over the last year have been expelled (due to bullying other kids) .Parents decide to leave also related to there child being bullied. 2. What is the staff retention ? Several members of staff have left, not due to natural wastage , but horrible working conditions. 3. Quality of Staff ? - Several recent recruitment in to the younger years of the school ? nearly 50% have been relieved of duties over the last 12 months 4. Stability? - A Staff retention is low with many decided to leave or being fired in the last 12 months. 5. Ofsted Inspections - 2 recent inspections by OFSTED relating to several complaints 6. Pricing stability ? - Constant price rises each year for fees 7. Staff Conditions - Being forced to work for free with extra hrs unpaid goes against supportive employer ethics. Teachers working up to 10pm on several instances to keep up with workload (This is fact but of course they will deny). Complain get sacked . 8. How may staff have left in the last 12 months ? - From my view several staff have confirmed they have even stopped putting them in newsletters as it would be there every week which would highlight this horrendous problem. This would not be the place I would place my child with so many questions and reading negative reviews. Really hope this place turns around, people should not be fooled by a glossy magazine and silly tours. Use due diligence and make sure you join a school not a business if your child is treated like something on a balance sheet as oppose to a individual ask why ? They are aggressive they tried to rip apart an amazing school Waverley a local school by targeting there staff and even several of there pupils on discounted scholarships no ethics at all, , be careful. First and last review you have been warned. Compiled with views of several stakeholders. Every day I drop my child off , I see different staff , As people are leaving on a weekly basis. No idea why no communications to the parents seems to be organised chaos , if the staff keep leaving I will be taking my children out and recommend the same to anyone else who has kids or thinking of putting kids there. Be warned !
