Excellent company to deal with when buying a used car. Ian and Mark are very friendly and helpful with knowledgeable advice about the cars. Great after sales package including 1 year's warranty. Happy with my Hyundai I20.
Now that I have passed my test and have started to drive on the road confidently on my own. I would like to pass my thanks on to both Mark and Ian. Mark went out of his way and couldn't have done anymore, he spent time going through the car with us e g. Service History, Tax, insurance etc. He took my dad out for a test drive, then came back, and took allowed me to sit in the passenger seat whilst he took me out for a test drive to ensure it was the car for me as I hadn't passed my test at this point. Ian was very knowledgeable and ensured the car left the garage to a high standard, he booked it in for a service and full clean, he even ordered new mats for the vehicle. I am one very happy car owner and will definitely use Redcae Motors again and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Recently purchased Suzuki Swift the team were very professional and helpful there was no pressure even left us to have chat alone to discuss the car before we agreed. I cant rate my experience with RMC more highly. They patiently helped me find the car that suited me wary car buyer here, not being that motor savvy! Nothing was too much trouble when there was a wee mishap on it, the after care was even better than the initial purchase. The guys are friendly and attentive, the cars all looked well taken care of and they offered to help with any other problems over the lifetime of my vehicle : it's so good to have people I can trust. Fantastic service, bought our daughters car last week and she is over the moon with it. After having a bad experience through a private seller elsewhere, Redcar Motor Company allowed us to have it checked by our regular mechanic who was very happy with the car. They also are supplying us with a spare key for the car, and we also got new car mats.
I purchased my car 4 weeks ago and it has been a joy to drive. Ian due to his many years of experience left me feeling confident about buying and especially with an included one year warranty. My car was waiting for me a week later valeted and in immaculate condition. Thank to Ian and his staff for their friendly, professional approach. 5 stars to the team.
