Been in a few times now and I'm always disappointed, might as well shut the post office bit up because it's rubbish. Couldn't swap me £10 coins for a £10 note so my daughter had change for the bus. Went to Pogmoor post office straight after and they did it no bother. I won't be going in this post office again!
Sadly, the lady in the Post Office tells porkies! Refused a Scottish £20 saying as per a directive from the Post Office HO. Unfortunately for her, HO have denied this, proving that why they might sell pork pies, they also tell em!

Have waited multiple times and it is rarely if ever open on time. Today it is over 20 minutes past opening time and it is still shut.
I love getting my lunch from here but not since begining of August as everytime I have popped in the coffee machine is always broken so it's been Subway salads. They need to buy or hire a decent machine that can cope with the stress and strain of commercial use. Very disappointing.
