Kids enjoyed it. Quite a small space gave me vibes of it being someone's living room.nThe entrance is almost hidden away and the access up is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.nPrices are steep for a fixed time slot
We recently hosted our daughters birthday party at Red Stairs Soft Play and it was a fantastic experience. The venue was incredibly clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and fun environment for the kids.nnThe staff were very accommodating, making the party planning process smooth and stress-free. The food and drinks were delicious, perfect for little ones. Even the coffee and snacks for the adults were tasty and high quality.nnWe loved the flexibility to decorate the space according to our theme. Overall, Red Stairs Soft Play is a highly recommended venue for kids' parties.
I took my 4 year old there and I wasn't so impressed, and neither was he. It's very small. Not very challenging at all, which surprised me considering it's for children up to the age of 10.nYou can't bring your own food, so make sure children are well fed beforehand. Staff are friendly.nI felt it was a very expensive 1.5 hour, and not worth paying for the experience, so we're unlikely to return.
Went there a couple of times in October and and November and it was freezing cold. Literally, I had to dress my child with two layers and her feet, nose and hands were frozen after 10 mins of play. They definitely try to reduce costs by not maintaining normal temperature.
My wife and I took our daughter there for an afternoon and if my daughter was capable enough to write a review herself she would run out of characters. Fortunately I can translate for her - This is a brilliant place and a real gem among a busy area! Highly recommended for children of all ages. They have an area for under perfect for 3s and a larger section of fun-filled soft play equipment for the kids older than 4. This has now become our go-to place for my daughter's play time - especially when we need a moment to just sit and let her make the most of her energy. In addition, you cannot underestimate the benefit of your child being in an environment with other children. A great way to help them develop and become confident.
