Very bad experience so far , have been trying for 3 days to book tickets with my clubcard voucher which is showing in my account on Redspottedhanky but when I go to use it and tick the box it does not take the £10 off

They said it is working their end but it certainly is not on mine and I have been trying all day for 3 days while e-mailing them back and forth to no avail

I have tried different browsers , different laptops , ipads etc and it will not apply the £10 voucher discount on ANY of them

Hence in the 3 days my tickets have now gone up by £10 anyway AND I WISH I HAD NOT BOTHERED as I only wanted to save money as am short on spending money for my disabled Grandsons weekend away on Friday and it is Thursday tomorrow and I still do not have my tickets and the discount is useless now anyway as I have lost out on the £10 I have 'saved' as my tickets have gone up in that time anyway due to this error which is not mine or my Grandsons fault so if we do get our tickets he will be £10 down now on his spending money and I will have to say no to him on holiday that he can't have his treats etc as I can only afford the basics now in food etc , not treats!!! :-(

I wish I had used another company from the start , got my tickets £10 cheaper at the time anyway and less stress and hassle and no point in the voucher itself now as it has saved me absolutely NOTHING

Meant to be looking forward to our weekend away not getting stressed out every day before due to some sort of tech problem which I am not responsible for as have tried EVERYTHING to get the voucher to work and the guy said someone else he spoke to just before me was having the same problem

Plus seeing the prices rise by the day so can no longer even get any sort of discount which will save me money I converted my Clubcard vouchers for NOTHING!!!

If it was not for my Grandsons special weekend away I would not be so upset :-(

Asked for forward facing window seat got backward facing seat with pillar blocking the view,wouldn't have minded but journey was 3 1/2hours long and had annoying woman sitting by me so I couldn't even look out window.
