Nightmare of a place when you live near it as the people who visit the place dont use the car park provided and park on the corner making it hard work for people who live in the area to get past, made many of phone calls and it seams to fall on deaf ears, as a person has made a comment about me regarding the parking issues yes it is a problem and if you don't live her you wouldn't know how much of a problem it is, also the management is very poor as they do not inforce the parking issue as the so called careers are the ones who parks on a blind bend where there are signs saying do not park. Also my wife and I was enjoying an evening meal one night alfresco when we seen a care worker changing a patient without the curtains closed!!! Also cought on camera 1 career stealing form there and hiding stuff outside, as I said all cought on camera... do you really want your loved ones in a place like this

I was checking into this facility for personal reasons and from what I can see it seems to be very well run and communicates well with families.  Please do not pay attention to comments posted here regarding parking, no facility can control visitors and how they park and this is not a reflection on the quality of care provided to residents. There are other routes for people who live in the area and I'm sure most of them respect and understand the worry and stress that families who park there are going through when dealing with their elderly loved ones.  Living in Wales everyone should be familiar with very narrow lanes that make it difficult to pass.
