Nice pub. Food is 9,8/10 a bit dry peas. Gravy is one of the best I’ve ever had. Friendly staff. Clean tables, floor and toilets
I have put one star only as everything is good. But to charge £7.80 for two diat cokes is just a complete and utter rip off and just no need to charge such a ridiculous price. We also had 30% off main meals, but wasn't part of the two main meals for £13.70. so in effect the 30% was just 4% when you add it up.nWe like the pub the food and staff, but until they reduce their soft drinks we will not go again sorry.
Amazing service. The atmosphere is fantastic. Grate customer services very respectful and polite. Food was brilliant wait time is really good as well not too long. Well presented. And the overall hygiene was excellent very clean and tidy place. Very good and highly recommend.
Absolutely love The Red Lion, we visit a few times a week for food, drink and enjoy all other things that the pub host, such as quiz night, meat raffle and of course a Friday night band.nThe food is amazing and there are lots of choices ranging from the lunch menu, specials menu and main menu. Always found the wait time sufficient and waiting staff excellent.nAlso bonus points for us is they are so dog friendly and also go above and beyond for our fur babies.nOver all couldn’t recommend The Red Lion enough
A group of five of us ate dinner at the Red Lion last week. The food and the service were both excellent and we will definitely be going to eat there again. I would recommend this pub to anyone local or visiting, it’s worth it. Happy days!
