The staff were polite and very helpful. Answered all my questions about the food. The food was very nice. I had the Turkey roast and would come again. The two barmaids were very welcoming and friendly.
Had a meal in the bar with family last Tuesday evening. All staff were very welcoming, but Lucy behind the bar was excellent. Friendly efficient service, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning.
Ordered and paid for food, wasn't until our drinks were brought over we were told it's a 40 minute wait. Fortunately it ended up being slightly less than that as my 6 year old was hungry and bored. Food was OK. Had an extra burger on my order missed and it would be ~10 minutes for another to be cooked so was given garlic bread instead which actually tasted really nice. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, shame about the slow service.
Very welcoming, polite and professional staff, great tasting food. Nice atmosphere too. Enjoyed watching the football match with friends, will definitely go again.
Good Greene King pub so you always know what to expect. The car park tends to get very full, but there is a large free one just across the road at the Community Centre. On this occasion I only popped in for a quick drink.
