Ordered a taxi for Motherwell train station so, I wouldn’t have to wait too long in the freezing cold. Stood opposite the taxi rank and lots of people were waiting for taxis. Never got a dispatched message, got a missed called from the company but didn’t even ring so obviously they didn’t ring for long. Lots of redline cabs picked people up from the taxi rank....no taxi drivers asked for names. 
Phoned the dispatch again and she had said they had picked up the wrong person and would send another one for me, told her I was standing opposite the taxi rank and told her to let the driver know, she said she would. 
Again...lots of redline cars picking up at taxi rank. Gave up hope and just joined the massive queue!! Waited for over an hour in the freezing cold! Absolutely shocking service!! 
If drivers just want to pick up at the taxi rank then that’s fine, but don’t the tell me I have a booked taxi coming to get me when, the drivers just pick up the wrong people!!!

Called ahead to book a taxi from the train station for 5 mins after the train arrived to allow for time to get off, had a call before my booked time to say the taxi was there, and then no taxi was waiting when I arrived when I said I would. Called redline again who stated they would dispatch another car, 5 mins after the call I get a message to say a car has been dispatched! This isn’t good enough considering the first one was early and left - surely if someone is coming off a train they should wait, and not rush off after a minute of a call back. Turns out it was the same drive that came back, 15 minutes later than when I ordered it. Car smell was so overpowering of cigarette smoke I had to open the window - I would assume that this was intact illegal considering it’s a work vehicle and for public use?!
 The same thing with the taxi leaving etc happened a few months back at Hamilton race course also! Clearly don’t care about their customers. Won’t be using them again.

Absolute disgrace of a service leaving people in the freezing cold is not acceptable then when phoned back to see how long my taxi would be all I got was attitude and cheek of the woman on the other side of the line will definitely be using another company next time!!!

Booked a taxi around 7pm for 9pm. It arrived at 9:18pm.
