I wouldn't rate this place. . Service is pretty poor, staff are left to their own devices without any direction from management. . Food is just below average . Atmosphere is pretty poor. No real buzz. Poor lighting. Lots of empty seats. . This photo attached speaks for itself. It's where the desserts are kept. Staff aren't particularly bothered to keep things clean, fresh & presentable. On the bright side, we had a good pint of beer. Would I go there again? Not unless they get new management in place.
I recently dined at red leaf and had mixed feelings about my experience. The vegetarian dishes were outstanding—flavorful. However, I was disappointed with the meat options. They appeared to be of low quality and didn’t look appetizing. Given the overall experience, I’m not sure I would visit again, but I would recommend it for those who prefer vegetarian cuisine
Truly an amazing buffet! We came for a birthday and we gave them cake to surprise. They played happy birthday music too and lit the candles. We experienced great service from the staff and the food was delicious. However, it was quite busy as it was a Saturday afternoon and it caused quite a barrier to getting the food efficiently. But overall, it's really nice. They also do birthday cake requests so you can wish happy birthdays. Just bring a cake for them. They say they have international foods when they only have Chinese, Indian and Carribbean. The desserts were very nice too but there was a small range. Vegetarian options: There were lots of vegetarian options and they were clearly labelled. Dietary restrictions: Allergies are labelled on foods. Most of the foods say they are cooked in an environment which may contain nuts. Parking: There are plenty of spots but on busy days like Saturday evenings the parking lot got full and we had to park outside of it on a side road.
We had my daughter’s baptism lunch at Red Leaf this Saturday. I had an amazing experience. From the staff to manager to chef to bartender, everyone was so so co operative, welcoming and the nicest people I’ve come across. The Manager Ashmet was such a lovely lady. From the first step, helping us with choosing food items till the very last minute she supported us. The chef was such a loving man who gave us the best options. Over all, giving them a compliment is less for me and my husband. We had really appreciated them a lot and thanked them even after the event. Everyone had loved and complimented us about the food, venue and the bar. They had loved the atmosphere. We did mention to Ashmet, in the future if we have another event, we would be definitely coming back. Sherry and family.
We used to go here quite a bit, but after tonight’s visit, we shall not be going again. On arrival they had a big bouncy castle inside the food area, so you can imagine the noise. I feel this should have been advertised on their website and then we wouldn’t have gone. The parents let their children run around unsupervised. I watched one child lick the ice cream scoopers used to get your own ice-cream. Now OK after I reported this to the manager, she replenished the scoops. Then I witnessed a child pick up a dessert, he obviously didn’t like it and spat it out onto the dessert display. Again I reported it and all I got was ‘I’ll tell the parents and I am sorry’. But what made it even worse, she never took all the desserts away to replace them. How disgusting. We won’t be returning. She said the bouncy castle was going to be there during weekdays. So beware, if you want a peaceful meal, you won’t get it during the week!
I recently dined at Red Leaf and had an exceptional experience. The food was truly delicious, with every dish perfectly crafted. The ambience was amazing, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I've already recommended this place to my friends and family. Highly recommend a visit!Food: 5/5
There were not much verities in non-veg mains sections. Specially, no Chicken Biriyani or Mutton Biriyani which was disappointing. Expected Haleem which was missing. Only the starters were good raw fish and other meets. Ice Creams and other desserts felt like cheap quality and frozen cakes. Expected some Indian desserts but disappointed can add Gulab Jamun and Jalebi to the list. Dosa section service was slow. The staff were doing their job!! But, no one looked happy. Overall, it’s 2.5/5 need to improvise in terms of varieties and best service.
The food, drinks and service was amazing. Best place to dine in. Will definitely recommend this place and we gonna come back soon. They have an offer going on now that is 1+1 cocktail from Sunday to Friday.Food: 5/5
Beautiful food in the week Indian starters are fab lots of variety. Curry’s banging even Bouncy castle for the kids in the week but not on a weekend end . I wouldn’t go on a Saturday lunch again it’s half price for a reason half the menu is missing but banging food in the week best eat as much as you like I’ve been too in the week .Food: 5/5
