I am sure most will have seen the massively unprofessional response from the owner a couple of weeks ago, swiftly followed by the owner having the review removed after spraying an ex sub-contractor /employees work history all over the panel, without clarification that it was even them, very much the actions of someone who lacks the aptitude or even desire to act professionally or apply any sort of pragmatic or objective skills in order to resolve what is clearly multiple issues. The owner clearly didn't have an arguement to put across, but more importantly showed no remorse at all for the way he treats his staff or clients or fellow professionals in the industry, the owners removal of the previous response was nothing more than an admission of guilt. The review highlighted unethical behaviour towards employees, poor work standard where by a student was able to carry out work to a higher standard and faster than this practice, the owner replied assuming the reviewers identity and full naming a previous employee/ sub contractor, back-handed insults followed before stating he has been doing this 19 years, which is complacency and nothing else, lastly the owner demanded the reviewer see him if he has a problem, which is school yard talk, over the comfort of the web and again highlights the lack of professionalism in this practice, when the reviewer replied that he should see the employee/ sub-contractor if he has a problem with him, as this is irrelevant to the review the response was quickly deleted, and a day or two later the review had been removed clearly a failed attempt at intimidation followed by a plea to have the review taken down
