Lovely place to eat or to spend some time with your friends or family. We went in the evening without making a reservation and they offered us a table without problems. We ordered by app you will find on the table a cardboard where you will scan the QR Code for the app and in a very short time we received our food and drinks. Staff are very polite and nice. They are doing a great job! If you will not finnish your desert, you can take it home with you .
Delicious food, good atmosphere and welcoming staff. The app could do with a few additions to help add notes on allergies or order but not a huge issue as easy enough to order at the till. Ultimate carvery. . . . . . Nothing else needs to be said.
Very filling meal quick service friendly staff helpful when asking advice on menu and greatly priced even for large family
We took my mum here for Sunday lunch. We were greeted quickly and the staff were very pleasant. The portion sizes were excellent and the quality of food also great. Even although it was busy, the queue for the carvery went down quickly. Will definitely return soon. Parking: Plenty of space in the car park
The male staff member serving us had by far the best customer service I've received from anyone. Food was great and very consistent. We went straight after school so it was fairly quiet and we got to pick our own seats. We tried calling to book a table a few days before and no-one would ever answer. We gave up after many attempts over a few hours. This meant we didn't go on the day we wanted to go. Kid-friendliness: The staff member I previously mentioned was absolutely amazing with my 2 girls 4 and 8. I can promise that he will be receiving a card very soon.
Left hungry, nothing on what it used to be. Bar staff clearly don't enjoy their job either that or they just can't be arsed properly serving people. The other staff were very pleasant which we appreciated, maybe the two young boys could take a leaf out their book.? Customers before gossip... This place could be great again but highly disappointed this time round what a waste. Need to do better with the food too.
Absolutely fantastic carvery and all the other plates passing by looked lovely to. My photo is of my carvery at£7.79.
Staff so friendly and kind. It really makes you feel like you've entered a homey establishment. My first time getting a carvery and I thought the quality was great! Will be back again, thank you so much to the team at the Red Burn Farm.Food: 4/5
Been here a few times and it is generally a great place to eat, but must say this last time I was a little disappointed in the food quality and the service my party received during our visit. Not going to review Red Barn as all doom and gloom though cause as I said it's normally a great place to go. Keep your standards high Red Barn. You gotta keep on top of it
My meal was fine but my partner's steak pie went back cause it was cold and straight out the fridge. Replacement had to go back too cause it had been microwaved to death and was burnt inside. Offered a refund but that wasn't the point. It spoiled our meal. Don't think we'll be back. We're still waiting for our refund. If the waiters had been more experienced they would have dealt with this quickly Parking: Parking onsite
