I booked my Mercedes in for a service, but the weekend beforehand, I had a small accident and needed some repairs. I asked Chris for a quote and some advice, and instead of just taking my money and offering to fix the car, he actually advised me to go through my insurance due to the damage done. Most garages would have jumped at the chance to charge me and carry out the repairs but Chris and Dan were honest and straightforward.nnThe communication throughout the service and repair advice process was clear and consistent. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. 100% recommend them to anyone! Can’t thank them enough for their great service!
My first visit this week with a vehicle needing a fair bit of work. Quick feedback, attention to detail, and clear pricing are first class, and all the work including some additional items was completed on time. I am confident I made a great choice of garage. Really impressed with this car garage. The staff are very friendly and I can't fault the depth of the service they did on the BMW. The report was detailed and listed every error by priority. Definitely would recommend them to anyone
I cannot praise these guys enough. Dan kept me informed every step of the way to diagnose the faults with our SLK rear subframe and provided a comprehensive report on the remedial work required. I will now use these guys for my C63 servicing in the future. Top marks!!!!
