DISGUSTING! Found a used plaster/bandage inside my pizza! and they also refused a refund and told me 'they knew where I lived' SHOCKING behaviour.
Ordered pakora with chips and curry sauce but got chips and cheese. Figured I should try it once after moving near by despite its terrible rating, will just keep going to Ashoka from now on. The food was okay despite being wrong but nothing special. Unless you live right beside it or can't get deliveries from somewhere else in the area I see no reason to use them. Not sure how he got the order wrong as he said it back to me after taking it and even confirmed the correct order as he handed it to me. Maybe they knew and just didn't care.
Ordered two pizzas, one of which was a spicy lamb pizza but instead I got papped with chicken and leftover donner meat, the chips and cheese basically never even had any cheese on them and then to top it all off they didn’t even deliver my 2L of Fanta. Absolute joke. Doesn’t even deserve any stars at all. Very disappointed. Would never order from here and advise anyone else not to order here in the future either.
If any one get not so satisfactory food. U can use this for a refund Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods you supply must be fit for purpose. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund u can also get a copy of the letter from the trading standards web page
Ordered 4 different curry dishes but all looked the same when delivered. Previous orders have had items missing but when they were phoned we were told to mention it at next order, no replacements ever received. Poor quality of food lately, won’t be using them again.
Ordered munchie box and pepperoni pizza... pizza wasn’t delivered along with the juice we ordered. Munchie box was that cold if I put it in the freezer it would have warmed it up. Also paid for extra sauce which wasn’t delivered either even tho the driver toon the extra cash for it. Delivery 1 hour late also. Don’t order late at night unless you want the full street woke up with the delivery drivers car also
Please tell that boy racer delivery driver with the stupidly loud exhaust to get that car to f%#k. Constantly screaming away at silly speeds late at night. I’m absolutely sick of it and pretty sure all the neighbors will be saying the same
Waited ages for my food and when it arrived the chips uncooked and the so called chicken tikka masala was fit for the bin. Stay away if you want to waste your money. One star for the delivery girl so nice.
Wouldn't bother - place is filthy and reports of rat droppings in premises from one of the residents I spoke to while waiting. Actually cancelled my order in the shop at the time. Open late but really not worth it!
Food was ordered through just eat, never showed up, yet I was still charged. Called up the takeaway to sort it out and they tell me to call tomorrow. Horrible service had the food before and its not great at all. Dont use this place, especially if its late.
