Keith Boggs is simply the best! We are in the process of buying our 3rd house and he has hands-down been the best inspector that we have had. He is very meticulous, provides thermal images and performs the zip line foundation check. The video that he sent explaining every aspect of the inspection report exceeded our expectations. He makes you feel comfortable during such a stressful time, and we will recommend him to all of our friends who are buying homes. He is very professional and just great at what he does. You can tell that he loves his job!
Keith did an excellent job inspecting our new home. He was very detailed and clear in explaining us his findings. He provided us with a video of his findings and all I had to share with my builder was a link to his video and the report which I found very easy to follow up with them.
I have used Stonebriar Property Inspections 2 times and I referred them to my daughter who built her home in Lewisville. On all 3 occasions Keith did an excellent job in reviewing and detailing comments if there were issues. Explained the process on the new build for my daughter and actually caught what could have been a big problem with water pressure in her new home. This also helped other neighbors with their new homes and water pressure. I referred a friend that was purchasing a home in South Lake as well and she was pleased with the detail and work put into the property inspection. Keith is friendly, detail oriented and is very knowledgeable. If you are needing and inspection consider Stonebriar Property Inspections.
I had another invedible experience with Keith at Stonebriar property inspections. This repeat experience was to get an inspection ahead of selling my home. Keith is on time, pleasant and thorough. I have already fixed the repairs that I thought were significant and have a peace of mind knowing that there will be no surprises at inspection time. Keith is an expert and a great person at the same time. Hire him first!!
He didn't find many items which my builder missed to add in my newly constructed home. I think he is bit overrated and pricey.
Keith is a fantastic inspector and really knows his craft. He was very thorough and the took time to explain all findings. I would highly recommend his services.
