Coming in here we were expecting something different, we found their menu online only to find out that the menu has now changed. I had the big pimpin burger which was very tasty, alongside some delicious fries. However the vegetarian choices for my girlfriend were very disappointing, with only one option down from four on the older menu. However the food came out quick, it was tasty, and the staff were very nice. However the food was not to the high standards I expected alongside the lack of vegetarian options
Very enjoyable. Service was a touch slow to start but not a big issue, I think we were unlucky with our arrival time. Food was very nice and came in good time. Imagine a chain burger restaurant, like GBK for example, and then add 30% improvement all round. I will definitely go back.
Being a vegetarian there was only one burger that I could choose from unless I wanted to create my own which would have cost a fortune. However they very kindly swapped the pitta bread for the brioche bun that all the other burgers came in and tasted lovely, spiced chickpea burger had just the right amount of heat with the cooling tzatziki. My boyfriend enjoyed his meat burger however was excited to have a hotdog from a previous menu which they have now decreased to only burgers this menu also had 4 other veggie burgers. The fries that the burger came with the burgers were brilliant, crispy with just the right amount of salt. We also ordered the beer battered onion rings, which, although the batter was great the onion inside still seemed raw and slimy.. not the best. All in all I would not be running back here anytime soon.
This is amazing, what else can I say? Always great staff! Super professional and the food is so amazing!! The falafel burger as I’m veggie is perfection! Always come back for more!

Last Saturday we came here for lunch for the first time. The service was good and polite. However after being seated for over 40 minutes before we saw our starter nachos, which were good. My burger came out and was good although the pate was not quite hot, but cooked and warm enough. It must of been left standing for a little too long. Sadly my partners burger had a HAIR right in the middle between the pate and the sauce. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A HAIR IN YOUR BURGER. She was obviously offered another, and after a further 25 minutes waiting for it obviously I had already finished eating a long time ago. She had kinda lost her appetite wondering who’s hair was going to be in it next. The waitress were great but I repeat. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A HAIR IN YOUR BURGER. Will never go back. Awful. Should of asked for a full refund.
Always great food and friendly staff. Went there on Saturday and just found out today, Monday that it is closing! I brought my son for the first time and he was so impressed he was going to become your best customer, sad to see what's becoming of Chichester these days, 82 coffee shops which is 70 more than we need. Rents are ridiculous for independent traders, greedy landlords who will soon have no rental at all. This restaurant was one of my favourites. Good luck to all the staff, you deserve great new jobs.
Visited with a couple of friends on a Monday afternoon. The food was ok and the burgers were cooked well done like requested. Very slow service took 10 minutes to take a drinks order and a further 10 minutes to take our food order, however the food arrived very quickly. Took 15 minutes to get the bill and a further 25 minutes to actually pay. The waitress kept ignoring us despite us trying hard to get her attention. 3 tables who came in after us paid and left before we did. Eventually the manager I think came over and took our payment. No apology. Considering we were one of five tables that were in the restaurant during the duration we were there the wait time for service was poor. We'll probably go back there but not as a priority. It was great to see a wide variety of gluten free and vegan friendly items on the menu. I have a dairy allergy so it was great to see a dessert on the menu i could actually eat! Rated 3/5 as the food was ok but the service needs work.
