When the time came to sell our property, we were very careful to get quotes and discuss the process with several Estate Agents and considered trying to complete the sale ourselves. In the end we chose Readings after speaking to Sean and discussing all of the issues involved. The sale proved not to be as straightforward as we first hoped, so we were so glad to have the backing of Abby and Sean throughout the long process. Abby was always polite and professional and handled some tricky negotiations extremely well whilst keeping us up to date and answering our queries promptly. It was so good to have Readings on board and we would have no hesitation in recommending their very professional service to others.
First off all Thank you Abby & Sean from readings group. They made my first property deal very smooth. Specially Abby always follows up my paperwork via email and make sure everything falls on its place. Very understanding and gone that extra mile every time. Readings managed the letting and subsequent sale of my late brother’s house. As executor of his estate, I found all the staff to be very helpful and supportive during quite a difficult time. A special thanks to Trina for sorting out maintenance issues and problems with the tenant vacating the property. Sean and James advised on the sale price realistically and we eventually sold at auction. With good communication and an understanding of the client’s needs throughout, I would definitely recommend Readings Property Group.
I’ve been with Readings Property Group almost 5 years this August. These were the best 5 years of my life. I moved into the property from my parents house to living alone and I was a little scared, but Readings helped me transition very well. I was able to call them or email if I had any question even the small silly little questions and they got back to me really quickly. All the ladies were very polite and helpful. If something was wrong I’d report it and the next morning someone would be around to fix it. I had to move out as I now have 2 children and the property was only 1 bedroom. I moved out 4 days ago and I’ve already received my deposit back. Overall extremely satisfied. Hope to rent from you guys soon x
Had a bad experience with my last letting agency. This is far from the case this time around. The company have been kind and supportive throughout and have been quick to reply and help with any problems or questions I have. Would fully recommend.
Readings Property Group managed the property I was living for 4 years. They are brilliant in communication and understood all of my needs. I recently sold my house with Readings and the process from start to finish was very professional.
