RE:PLAY Clinic - Sports Physio Belfast

I can’t recommend RE:PLAY clinic highly enough. I broke my spine back in May and Simon has been brilliant so far. He is extremely knowledgeable, puts you at ease straight away, asks lots of questions and takes the time to examine you to find out exactly what you need and what will work. I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength and mobility even after a few sessions. A truly top class physiotherapist!

Very prompt appointment. Thorough and professional assessment and advice from Miss Naomi Hamilton. I was worried about not being an athlete. But very friendly and patient with an old man. Excellent service. Thank you. Improved within days. Three weeks on, the constant ache in my shoulder and upper arm is cured. Back to normal, great job.

I brought my daughter to Simon after a severe break arm and surgery. He surpassed my expectations with his skill and knowledge. It’s hard to encourage a child to keep up their exercises but he managed it with his warmth and enthusiasm. I couldn’t praise Re:Play enough.

Highly recommend RE:PLAY clinic. I had a bad hip and having been incorrectly advised by a chiropractor it was bursitis I wasn’t getting any better. I couldn’t even walk for five minutes without pain. Simon knew within the first consultation that it was a tendon injury due to weakness and gave me a programme to gradually build the strength back up. It took a while to fully recover but following Simons exercise and treatment regime I no longer have hip pain and am fully mobile again. So grateful for the excellent knowledge and advice. I chose Simon specifically because of his professional sports background and I wasn’t disappointed. First rate in every way.

Cannot recommend re:play clinic enough! Classic issue of runner's knee pain, flaring up again from an old injury. Felt a bit silly initially as I wasn't sure if my issue was severe enough or if I was a 'serious enough athlete' but Mark put me at ease immediately. Not only did he give me exercises and advice to help fix the problem, he explained why the problem occurred in the first place and how to avoid anything similar in future. Such a great service, so easy to book online, overall 10/10

Back in 2020, Simon diagnosed and treated me for a bulging disc in my back which was painful and stopped me from playing sports. Since then, Gavin’s been working with me on a rugby specific training programme which has massively increased my strength and fitness. I’ve had no more back problems and am really enjoying rugby with school, club and Ulster U18s. Simon and Gavin are easy to work with, friendly and really do know their stuff. I highly recommend RE: PLAY for anyone suffering from injuries or wanting to take their sport to the next level. Scott Harrower

I have been going to Simon for around five years for physio and can't recommend him enough. Extremely knowledgeable physio who takes time to listen and assess an injury. Excellent service!!

I went to see Ronan on 2 separate occasions with 2 different issues. One of the best physio’s I’ve seen. My job is physically demanding as I work in theatre and being on a touring show it’s rare you get a good physio. Ronan tried his best to explain everything to me atomically and gave me lots of exercises and advice to help. If I’m in the area again I would 100% go again.

Simon is working with my daughter, and to date, there has been a huge improvement. His detail in examination and assessment is second to none. Highly recommended.
