"Welcome to REBA, we are a Bespoke wellness studio specialising in Pilates mat /studio equipment. Classes are limited in number to ensure your safety at all times. We run day time and evening 1-1 & small group Pilates classes. We have a weekly fitness timetable including HIIT, box fit, cardio, circuit, Dance and strength training classes.We have unlimited training opportunities due to our extensive & unique fitness and pilates equipment.We offer personal training programs with advice for weight loss, nutrition, rehab, postural and back care.Complimentary massage therapies including sports and deep tissue massage are also available.Other services include corporate training, Outdoor fitness & boot camp training and weekend courses."
