Having received a COLD call from this company, an appointment was made for a consultant to visit us. This happened on 27th September, and signed up for a Solar Edge upgrade, paying £732.00 deposit. After discussing this, we decided we did not wish to proceed, and returned the duly completed form, and emailed on 30th September, requesting return of deposit. Neither the returned form, or email elicited any response from the company - nor have any subsequent emails. Have received further 'phone calls on 6th February, 20th February and two in 27th February, which, when the above has been outlined to the caller, have not been followed up as promised.
