i live abroad and have been trying to get through on the phone and they just wont answer the phone have spent  over an hour ringing about 30 times over 2 days during UK time, hopeless

I don't think Middleton branch have a phone, I have rang for 2 days constantly and my call has never been answered. This is atrocious and unacceptable. After 20yrs + iam moving to a bank where my call will be answered.
