Am trying to make an appointment with the Knutsford branch. No one is answering the phone, which is difficult because I live in London, but need to see them in Knutsford. Not impressed. However the staff are very helpful on the counter.

ALL of the branch staff are amazing as is business manager Laura. Actually enjoy going in to see them :)

After 37 times trying to get an answer gave up. will swop banks .shocking

The bank, manager and staff at the Royal Bank in Knutsford are fantastic. However, the support from the "back room boys is shocking". Can not get a direct telephone line through to the branch , just get a call centre with a 5 minute wait and a load of rubbish about transfer to Williams and Glyns which we all know is not going forward. Spent an hour trying to upgrade an account on line just to hit a wall telling me to contact the branch. Can not contact the branch as you get put through to the call centre that tell you to contact the branch. I am sure that I have seen this sketch on Monty Python!!!!
