Phone is constantly engaged, sure this is done intentionally so they done have to speak to customers, I will have to take time of work to go into branch. I shall be moving to another bank that valais customers

Dont ever need to ring this branch as phone is constantly engaged!! Piss poor customer services...

Awful. Can't get through on the telephone, have to take time off work to go down (unpaid). Told that 'we don't answer the 'fone'. Not interested I'm my enquiry about my account which was a simple request that the teller could have had a look. Instead made me wait in a queue at the customer service desk while she chatted with a colleague. I will be moving my accounts to another bank.

Absolute joke!! Rang on numerous occosations and never once has the phone been answered you end up giving up in the end and going to a branch for it to be dealt with

One star is being generous.... ridiculous opening times and even worse they don't answer the phones!! I will be moving my accounts!
