I am very disappointed with this bank. I had been with them for 25 years. They closed my account without informing me and charged me for the privilege. It was not my main account but I had been paying £25 per month to them. They regularly email me about charges but nothing about closing the account. As usual I cannot get through to them by phone. If the manager wants to discuss this you have my email.

Shocking service they do not answer phones having tried 6 times to organise travel insurance.Not recommended.
