Excellent job completed; it’s a joy to have light again.  You are invoiced after the job is completed.  First class service supplied. If you need an electrician just email RB Grant with your requirements, they are very good.

I contacted RB Grant and was given an estimate.  I accepted the estimate and agreed a time.  The electrician arrived at the agreed time and worked quickly and efficiently. No mess. Invoice arrived a few days later - lower than estimate. Excellent service.  I would not hesitate to recommend this firm if asked.

Didn’t turn up. Manager argued with me about the details of the job.  Poor show. 

I booked this company to install a nest thermostat. On booking I provide a clear requirement and was given a installation window for the next day.  The engineer failed to show up, when I enquired I was past to a chap that felt the need to pass the buck and blame their booking system.  I explain that I was going away on business and didn’t want them to “try and install” the install needed to be complete and working.   

Needless to say, I gave up due to this manager bad attitude. I can only assume that their work would be as bad. Moving on.
