I ordered a 15 tog double Hungarian goose. When it arrived I couldn't believe it was a down it was so flat. No plump like in the photos. Due to the weather and issues with fuel prices we decided to purchase an expensive down. Not confident that I will be warm tonight!
They are not honourable. They send out substitutions with a token free gift in hopes that you don't mind that you don't get what you order, instead of discussing it with you. They say they have a no quibble returns policy but do not include any paperwork to enable you. They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. The pigeon English on the site is a good indication of what to expect. Be warned! There is no after sales service. The duvet itself is ok if a bit noisey and a bit heavy for 100% down. One might question what is actually in the duvet considering the quality of the service.
Pleasure to deal with, Their products are high quality and are at affordable prices. Motty was a pleasure to deal with and had great product knowledge. He even opened on a Saturday especially for me. Thanks again.
Are this company still operating? I have tried to phone them for weeks. No answer and no answer phone. Don’t feel able to order, as I feel if there is a problem I can’t contact anyone.
I wish i knew these guys before, sleeping with organic 100percent wool duvet is perfect, waking up with full energy, not feeling tired anymore. Quality is excellent.
As per my experience with Raymat I found it the fine quality pillow manufacturers in the UK. I am very happy with their quality products. Highly recommended.

They advertised a product they didn't even have in stock. Refunded me but I have to wait 7 days before I receive it. POOR
