"Ray Thomas MOT Centre has been a family run business for over 40 years specialising in MOT & vehicle servicing. Based at Tycroes Business Park, Ammanford, we offer full workshop facilities for classes 1 & 2 motorcycles, class 4 cars/vans & class 7 motor homes. It can be a stressful time when your MOT is due so let us take the stress out of the equation for you. We have experienced, fully qualified MOT testers with years of experience. You may leave your vehicles with us while we conduct the MOT or if preferred you may wait & relax with a cup of tea or coffee. If your vehicle unfortunately fails, our experienced tester will talk you through & explain why it failed & what needs repairing."

RT's managed to fit me in for a class 7 MOT at very short notice. Unfortunately, my vehicle failed the MOT for a faulty ABS sensor. They were able to diagnose and change the sensor the same day, so I wouldn't be without the vehicle current MOT was expiring the next day. All this was carried out at a very competitive price. I'm extremely happy with the professional service that the whole team provided, from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Came out to rescue us after we broke down. Couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted us out and sent us on our way. Nice to find a garage that doesn't try to rip you off.

First experience with this garage was excellent, removing the rear tyre on my himalayan proved to be a battle carl,s  perseverance got the tyre off refitted my new one and altho it was a long job charged me the standard and very reasonable price  this garage will definitely earn my return custom. I've recently switched to using RT on the suggestion of a friend after a few sketchy I'm being super polite repairs from another garage.  There seem to be 5 people working there a very nice lady in the office, clear and very well spoken. An old lad on the mot bay who has an encyclopedia of knowledge about motorbikes and very kindly and clearly explains any issues he comes across. Two younger lads who seem equally well experienced mechanics who have done a good few jobs to rather high quality for me and another elder gentleman who seems to dip between the office and workshop constantly. Over so far I've not personally had any issues with anyone, all are very polite and well spoken, the younger lads seem quite quiet but the two older gents very chatty and more than happy to give you 5mins of time to explain why your bodge job was not only a bodge and about to fail but why it was a rather dangerous thing to do, I swear that wasn't my repair.  I have several vehicles in the household vans, cars, bikes and they can MOT and repair them all, and after using the garage for the last year they have done for me, and very thoroughly I may add. My bike failed for two issues I wasn't aware of and given the nature of a motorbike I was very happy they were picked up and thankful when thy took the time to explain what the issue was, how it had happened but also gave me a cracking price to repair.  I have been pleasantly suprised by a few of my repair bills now and actually opt to have them repair things rather than try myself, those that know me will understand the magnitude of this complement as I put scrooge to shame. If you want a genuine and honest service I can so far at least honestly hand on heart recommend this team. I will of course update this should my wheel randomly fall off.

Used these for years, spent £1000s there.   Their treatment over work to be carried out on  camper in the past month has been appalling  .. Never use them again..

Great place to take your motorbike for any work. I went on recommendation and I would absolutely recommend. Polite, friendly and helpful and don't charge ridiculous prices.
