Love it! What a comparison to the previous stand. Comfortable, clean, warm, dry and well organised. Staffed. Notifications of arrivals and departures by electronic boards. Seating available at each stand. Toilets, coffee and bagel stall inside. Various retailers accessed from outside. A temporary market being erected in the town Square. Lovely surrounding garden to sit in and wait. Post Office just opposite. Very convenient.
Not a bad station in Lancashire, clean on the station and staff are friendly. You can get a good coffee whilst you wait for your bus. Toilets are rubbish with them smelling of pee and the toilet doors barely lock. I think it's time for refurbishment
The new bus station looks smart, nice and clean, just a shame it's not open at night but understandable
Clean, plenty of informatiknboards, I am visually impaired and the gentleman I asked gor help in the information booth was very helpful. I had not been in Rawtenstall for a long time and it was strange to me travelling by bus
Yet again , roadworks in Haslingden , no 464 or X41 running through Haslingden at all nothing on any of the bus stops to let people know about it at all!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ,no thoughts for your customers at all , I had to fork £10 for a taxi to Accrington , not happy at all , you or the bus company need to get your act together and get things sorted , nearly always no drivers , buses breaking down , I have been kind and given you 1 star , you really don't deserve that !!!!!! If not your problem the bus companies need to get their act together
