Would not recommend this shop! Absolutely rammed with no where to move with the never ending que from the Slowest service I've ever encountered at the tills, didn't have my sizes I needed had to order in. Never EVER answer the phone to chase your order up after failing to ring me like they said and when I was stood in the shop collecting what I'd ordered staff just point blank ignore that telephone even when staff available to answer i seen it with my own eyes. Gonna complain to my girls school and pass on my experience along with all other bad reviews I've now read on Google!
Absolutely shocking ordered uniform 5th August n still not been delivered just keep getting excuses repeated it to my kids school as well
not bad . The quality of the trousers is terrible. The boy came home after the first day of school with his trousers torn at the knee. And this is what happened to all three new trousers
This had all the uniform in stock that I needed, friendly and helpful with sizing. small fortune spent on uniform and a sad face on leaving at the cost to my bank balance. Happy teen though!

Ordered from here, clothes come with some marks on. Rang to explain and they come and swapped them for some cleaner ones.
Good service by helpful shop staff apart from not even a thankyou and goodbye once you’ve paid. Just be aware of the car parking spaces just outside the shop as they are issuing £100 fines for parking even though I’ve just bought my son’s school uniform from there. I certainly won’t be returning after that little surprise in the post.
Awful customer service! Ordered top, 7 days later not arrived. No reply to emails whatsoever! Had to call twice chasing it, it wasn’t posted on the day I was promised on the the first time. Second call- no apology from the lady and when asked when will it be posted I was told: when someone has time and can go to post it!!!! Shocking!
I’ve been shopping here for many years now, and overall staff have been fine with serving me I.e. looking for smaller / larger sizes, being nice to my child when trying on clothes. I would definitely recommend not to buy certain items from here such as shirts, as they are way overpriced hence the 4 stars. Also they tend to run out of stock on the back end of the holidays so make sure you go earlier rather than later!
Shocking service. Ordered on line over three weeks ago. No uniform delivery despite paying for delivery. Emailed 2 different email addresses no response. Telephoned numerous times no response. Had to physically go to the shop to be told oh yeah your order is sat here but it is missing items some was supposed to contact you. No apology. Customer service shocking! Not a way a business should be ran appalling
