Stayed for 3 nights, really ideal location and we were really appreciative of the parking! We stayed in Room 7 The Lord’s Seat, lovely room with a great en-suite and view. Jason and Alison were very welcoming, thank you!Rooms: 5/5

Lovely clean rooms . council  Car park free but not on the grounds very tight spaces not good in a van or  expensive big suv or car. No refund if you have any problems.  We had a family hospital emergency it was Petra Groocock who arranged are booking we know the car park wasn't on the grounds and people don't park near the council bins if you love your car .

Great place for a base, right in the town close to pubs, shops and bus station to get to peaks. Room had everything you needed and comfortable. Jason and Alison were very welcoming, will definitely be back next time I'm up!!Rooms: 5/5

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful guesthouse. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room with spa and all facilities. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fabulous location. This is the place to stay in Keswick. I would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.  Rooms: Impeccable  Nearby activities: Everywhere is within a very short distance, minutes away.  Safety: Very safe location and secure hotel.  Walkability: Short walk to lake, theatres, high street, restaurants.

Myself my sister and 2 daughters have just spent 2 nights at this beautiful guest house. It was immaculate and very affordable.we had a tv fridge and kettle coffee and hair dryer. In a ideal location.jason the owner was so lovely and friendly made us very welcome. We will 100% be going back to stay there again  Rooms: Immaculate and beds very comfy kettle and hairdryer supplied and tv  Nearby activities: Plenty of walking routes.cinema mountains to climb  Walkability: Beautiful walk around derwent lake  Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants nearby walking distance no transport needed

My wife and I have been staying at this lovely B&B for years and would never stay anywhere else in Keswick.  Jason and Alison are fantastic hosts and attentive to every need of their guests. The catering is excellent and the rooms are cosy and well cleaned.  They also run an excellent restaurant on site and are always up to date with recommendations for the best places to eat and walks to take locally of which there are many.  Would advise booking directly not through third party companies.

Had a fantastic weekend here, absolutely spotless room a little fridge with real milk in it! There is also a restaurant downstairs The Sizzling Stone where we ate on Friday and it was gorgeous. Alison and Jason are perfect hosts very friendly and helpful, we will be back next year

Absolutely amazing place right in the heart of Keswick great routes to restaurants and pubs and 10 minute walk to Derwent lake. Rooms were very nice and kept clean.amazing owners with lots of knowledge about the areas to visitRooms: 5/5
