Bit of a mix up at start re my appt but all sorted quickly and efficiently by the manager. Superb dentist made me feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Feel ready now to get work done. I am an extremely nervous patient and not been to a dentist for 15 years plus so fingers crossed but a great first appt.
I attended the practice yesterday as an emergency patient for my gums and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff and reception were excellent and made the whole experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for the great care. I truly appreciate all that you do.
I felt that the appointment I had yesterday with Wisam Hassoon was excellent. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything very clearly and expertly. I felt like I was in very good hands. Very professional but also welcoming.
Had my first appointment yesterday. Everyone I came in to contact with were friendly and polite. I can't praise Wisam enough. He explained all options available to me with regard to my treatment. First class treatment & care. Everyone at this practice including the receptionists, dentist Sharon, hygienist Holly & dental nurses Pam & Cathy are really nice. All are always friendly yet professional & really do look after their patients.nSadly, the only downside is the regular extortionate price increases for private patients which is now impacting on my dental & hygiene plan decisions. Whilst believing in paying for top class dental treatments, it is becoming far too expensive & unaffordable.
