Have been coming here for a long time and always thought the curries were the most authentic and great. Chappatis were always fresh off the pan etc. Having just ordered again tonight, the curries were worse than most other takeaways. They have definitely switched supplier or got a new chef in. The chicken wasn't great, the sauce didn't seem fresh and the chapattis seemed hours old and very dry. The rice wasn't good either seemed under cooked, plain with just a bit of ground coriander thrown in. Felt very let down. Looks like we need to find a new takeaway.....
Ordered twice this week from here , two donar kebabs and two curries . The kebabs were dry horrid and crinkly probably come out of a steam pot but they were not fresh carved . Just awful gave em to the dogs .the sauce pots are tiny as well About two teaspoons in each . We ordered two curries with somosas and onion bhajis . The curries were abysmal, Seriously bad in fact the worst curries we’ve ever had there was so much salt in them they were inedible . I’ve never tasted such salty garbage . This used to be a good place to order from but these days they’re piled high with just eats and delivery’s and obviously can’t be bothered to take more care with their orders . We won’t be ordering again that’s for which is a shame . The place has gone down the pan . This is an honest review of our experience last week . So disappointing .
2 hour + for a margarita pizza would give no star if was possible. Turn off shop phone so leave you in the dark . Never again. Still not here
Pizza is shocking. When you can count the actual pieces on a mushroom pizza something is not right. I reckon only one mushroom on the entire Al funghi pizza was used. Pizza cutter is blunt and not clean, had dragged the cheese all over the box from the pizza and the slices tasted of other very spicy toppings. Complained once before and got a replacement which was really good, so tried again in case it was just a one off.
Ordered 2 pizzas and a mixed kebab; bit of a problem but customer service and communication was excellent. Problem rectified promptly and food was delicious!!! Have orders curries in the past and they were amazing too! Highly recommend.
Best cheese burger I've had in a long time. Chicken burger was top notch as well. Also the chicken pops were really nice according to my daughter. Chips tasted fresh, crispy. Plus the delivery was really quick. Normally have pizza from here but now will vary our choice.
I keep trying this place il admit the pizzas can be hit n miss but the curries I would just avoid just avoid full stop not good at all
I purchased a calzone pizza and some cheesy chips. Firstly the word chips is wrong as they were fries. The cheese was dumped on top and melted but only by the heat of the fries. By time I got them delivered they were cold and tasted microwaved. The calzone was supposed to be plain with lots of kebab meat as requested on the online order system. It was the worst one I have ever had. Hardly any kebab meat at all and again flat cold. I really like their curry but never again will I order a pizza from there. They never read these either so nothing will change. I suggest you go elsewhere if you want hot pizza then go elsewhere.
Came early, good start. Awful, awful, awful pizza. Bland, disgusting rubbish - which is where all but one slice now rests. Garlic bread was too thick, basically just an inch thick bread disc saturated in garlic oil with melted cheese on top. Pizza was covered in yellow chicken I assume for something else they cook which had no flavour - totally and utterly bland. The bread tasted weird and the pizza sauce tasted like thin and cheap pasta sauce. Disgusting. Go somewhere else for your money.
Masala chicken was dry, and a but skimpy on the chicken, lots of sauce.Food: 3/5
