Rasen Building Services are professional, punctual, reliable and extremely hard working. We had Błażej and his team build a single storey extension, install a new kitchen and carry out a roof replacement for us. The work was undertaken during winter, under some pretty horrible weather conditions. We were informed of any issues throughout the building process, and any additional costs were discussed accordingly. The work was completed to a very high standard and Błażej even called round several weeks after the works were completed to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend Rasen Building Services to anyone looking to have work done to their property.
It is the 2nd time I have used Rasen building services and again they didn't disappoint. I had a chimney removal and a wall knocked through from my lounge to kitchen. They are extremely polite and respectful to me and my families needs, and even my cats! very hard working and always take extra care cleaning up as they go along. Their work is so skilled and always completed to an exceptional standard. The guy that did the plastering is a perfectionist and it is flawless! I couldn't recommend them enough to be honest. So happy now with my home.
RASEN Building Services LTD are a first class company to deal with. Great communication from the start and the work completed to a very high standard. Fully roof replacement with chimney removal and additional window have been completed within 3 days. All the rubbish was cleared as the job progressed and the site left clean.Very happy customer, and I’d certainly recommend this company
Carried out a knock through from our kitchen to integral garage. Very carefully done with no damage to surrounding walls. Also made up a door to look very like existing doors. The operatives were prompt courteous and efficient and cleaned up after each day. Also very good value for money. Thank you Blaise and team for an excellent job. Will use you again in the future.
We have recently used Rasen Building Services to build a one storey extension at our family home. The whole process from beginning to end was first class. Blazej has a wealth of knowledge regarding construction work and his advice and expertise were invaluable. He has a highly skilled workforce who are pleasant to have around and work really hard. We highly recommend them.
Fantastic service any questions I had he answered clearly and with full knowledge. He has a great team of lads who were also friendly and helpful I would fully recommend this company and would 100% use them agin in the future.
