Unlike many childrens' play centres, Rascalz only charge entrance for the youngsters using the facilities, not the adults who don't. Also, the café has a decent menu at fair prices. There are three sections to the play areas, tailored to different age groups, to help keep the big ones separate from the little ones.

Most definitely will not be coming back here again. Came with my 1 year old daughter, as a change of scenery from bubbles. Worst regret ever! All the staff were so rude, I asked for some help with the high chair and I got ‘no do it yourself’ the food was awful,  the whole place just seemed dirty and liked they don’t care. They have a ‘baby’ section, which is meant for under 2’s, yet every age is running around there doing what they like and staff didn’t help when j mentioned about them asking to leave. What a joke! Absolute disgrace

Fantastic for kids of all ages. I had my daughter's birthday party here and the staff were spot on! They arranged everything and made it stress free. The value for money is excellent and the food is amazing!

Ordered drinks got accused of given wrong amount in said I paid wiv £5 but I paid wiv £10 
Girl came out of kitchen without washing hands after blowing her nose to make yet another drink ordered 
They never call the kids down for food or ice cream so sum of the kids never had any food mum's had 2 order sum for them 
Very disappointed as hasn't had anyother problems on other party or just visits there

Great place, clean, good for smaller as well as larger children. Special under 2s area.
