Ranoush is a great little Lebanese spot with a traditional menu and well-cooked flavourful food. I’ve been several times and it’s consistent and straightforward which is great. I will say the dishes are pricey in my opinion even accounting for the premium location. Portion sizes are decent, and the service is great. Never had any problems getting a table. It may be difficult to find parking nearby but it’s very close to a tube. Would recommend if you like Lebanese food.
Simple place with some great dishes. The food is full of flavor and very well made. We ordered Hommos Shawarma Chicken which served with freshly baked Lebanese bread, Grilled Halloum Meshwi, Kibbeh, Maroush Arayes Flat bread pizza stuffed with minced lamb. Hommos Shawarma chicken is highly recommended!!! We couldn’t able to order any main course as we were already stuffed with these starters. The staff was really welcoming and knowledgeable, help with the menu if needed. The venue is simple and located in a very hip area. Tables are a little small when ordering several dishes for sharing. The place is quite tiny and very little sitting so not recommended for family or big groups but it’s perfect for two people. Would return again!!!
This place deserves a 5 star review. really nice team and great personal service. I had the british lamb sharma which was just masterfully done. I would recommend this place unconditionally. Well worth a visit.
I recently visited Ranoush Juice in High street Kensington and was thoroughly impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. As a fan of Lebanese cuisine, I was excited to try their grilled meats and was not disappointed. The flavors were spot on and the meats were cooked to perfection. In addition to the great food, the atmosphere at Ranoush Juice was very welcoming and the service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Ranoush Juice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Lebanese food in a nice setting with great service.
This place used to be just perfect Amazing quality, generous portions and fair prices. Now prices went up 30%, which is understandable and expected. Problem is that they silently decided to cut the quantity of food on top of the price increase, which is really dishonest and unacceptable. So now you have to fork out 50% more if you want to have the same amount of food as before. After 10 years of being a loyal customers it's sadly time to say goodbye to this establishment.
Absolutely devine food, we loved it all. The waitress was very helpful and we were served very quickly despite ordering a table full of food. The only downside is it was pricey, we were in London but £8.50 for hummus?? Saying that I craved it all the next week and we will definitely go back. Dietary restrictions: They were very helpful as I can't eat beef or fish.
Been going here for 15 years but it is NO longer the same, even 4 months ago I went and ordered an open chicken shwarma sandwich the same I have been having for over 10 years but tonight it was my worst experience ever. They have increased the prices by almost 30 percent which is fine with me, charge double if you have to keep the standards but despite the extra charge what they served me tonight was insulting - the quanity was less than half of the usual, I have before and after pics to even prove this. On top of this they only gave one piece of cold bread unlike they give 2 warm pieces usually, in fact in the past they used to give unlimited warm bread with the open sandwiches and lots of pickle and salad but nothing this time just a bit of cold lettuce leaves and 2 slices of tomato, no pickle. I was still hungry so I ordered a chicken shish tavouk sandwich and again it was terrible, usually they give that with a pickle and salad inside and very warm but today it was cold with no pickle, no salad nothing at all. I paid £25 for 2 sandwiches and a very smal juice, should gave gone to the Ivy Kensington instead. This place has lost it, they have definitely LOST me as a long standing customer - never ever going back again. And yes the staff are rude and obnoxious with zero customer service skills maybe they are just miserable working there…they were always rude as many people complain but even that never bothered me earlier as I used to go for the food but this time their food standards have totally gone down badly.
Over priced and hardly any meat in the wrap. 3 skinny strips of shawarma meat in the wrap. The tehini was so watery that made the wrap fall to pieces. They fill the wrap with salad and tehini to cover the cut on the meat. They charged us £52 for 3 wraps and 3 drinks . Very disappointing
Customer service was great! The chef behind the counter asked if I wanted a bag for some crisp I brought in. Didn’t need to do that, but he did!
Always good when dining in. A takeaway will just ruin the experience as the grilled meat has to be had fresh off the fire. Mixed grill was very tasty and done to perfection. Service the the two waitresses was great. A good, safe option on HSK.
