Well where do I start...Went to get a Herbal Facial and was left with dry and inflamed skin! First of all the room I was put in for my supposed "relaxing" facial was tiny and made me feel claustrophobic to say the least! Looked more like the janitor's room! When the "Therapist" applied the products to my face instead of using some sort of cloth to remove the product - No - this smart woman would dab a tiny cotton pad so you can only imagine how long it took for her to remove all the product. When she put the steamer on my face I literally had to complain because I promise you I could NOT breath! The woman was literally poking into my skin to try and clear my pores! Not nice experience. By the end I was sooo glad it was over! I looked in the mirror and my face was red and inflamed baring in mind I'm not even caucasian skinned. Perhaps their massages are a better bet but either way NOT worth the money! Would not recommend to anyone sorry...I've also been reading other people's reviews and noticed the owner has been replying to the negative reviews. Say No More! The professionalism is appalling! Next time maybe take on board the advice might help your business.

I have visited on two occasions and both times found the staff to be very professional and polite having deep tissue massage and hot stone therapy, both great results

The best Thai oil deep tissue massage!!! Have been several times and will keep going back. Excellent quality massage

The best place for a good quality massage! I highly recommend Rani Thai Spa. As a massage therapist myself it is hard to find a good place for a massage! But I have now! Thank you to Ko for all her amazing massages! Lots of love From Vanessa
