I received very poor customer service. I won't be shopping back with the store although I'm a 35 year old man who has supported Rangers all his life.  Simply not the best anymore!

I have spent 2 very enjoyable days with my three nieces from France ages from 14 to 18 yrs at Ibrox stadium Shop  three new Rangers fans As you can imagine fitting them out with new kit was very difficult for me But nope very easy when in steps Donna easy peasy when you know what you are doing  . Hence a very enjoyable time was had  by all . Three very happy new Gers Fans . And a very proud Papa . Thanks Donna .

Think they’re a scam, bought birthday presents almost a month ago and they’ve not arrived, the courier still says waiting for parcel and now no one at the store will reply to my emails but are happy to keep the money and leave me without the items

Went on the tour. Guide was great fun. Very knowledgeable.  Had a fantastic day.

What a amazing day. Hospitality in the Thornton suite. Great welcome and treated like a VIP. Pre drinks then taken through for dinner. Guests were Craig Moore Gordon Durie and Marvin Andrews. Food was AMAZING. And the tomato and basil soup is the best iv ever had. Half time pie n cakes and refreshment. And hour free bar at the end. The waiter and waitress are faultless. One off the best days iv ever had. Definitely recommend.

Two Christmases in a row I placed an order online giving plenty of time for the items to be shipped and received in time for Xmas. And twice now, the items are late. Not only this but communication is extremely poor, as they don’t respond to inquiries regarding my order. It’s disgusting that a club that is supposed to be world class treats it’s customers like this.

The Best Club Shop in the world with the Best Staff for the Best Supporters keep up the good work

I really loved the tour of Ibrox stadium it a dream come true I will never forget get going to Ibrox for the second time
