Lovely service, the food was delicious and came very quick. Only complaint was the ribs, usually you get the BBQ sauce on the top where the meat is but they put in at the bottom on the bone which made the ribs taste very dry and not nice, but the steaks were great quality and came with fries. The deserts were lovely but quite expensive for what you get.
We went in for a date night on a quiet Thursday evening. We had a delicious steak and a BBQ burger. Steak was 5* and burger 3-4*. Chips wete tasty. Service was slow and we waited 30 minutes to be offered a pudding. The manager was very apologetic and kind and offered us a free drink due to our wait. Our creme brulee was great. We would go back again.
Just fell in love with this place!! Stake rib-eye was absolutely amazing and came with chips on a side, also I had chicken salad which was a quite big portion: gentleman who met me at the entrance was very generous and helpful, he put on some music and turned on AC what was really nice of him. I had a really bad day but visiting this place just really made it so much better!! Definitely coming back!! Thank you so much
Chimichuri sauce was not nice. Chips were good. Ribs were soft and juicy but had a 'old' aftertaste. There were loads of mozzarella sticks and they were really good.Food: 4/5
We had a great meal here last night, we were visiting family who live locally and the food was lovely. Everyone enjoyed it. Staff were excellent too and especially nice to my aunt who is elderly, uses a wheelchair and doesn’t get out too much these days. Well recommended - amazing steaks and fish at very good prices.
Went to Ranchos on 13th January for a Work-Do everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff was always on had whenever we needed extra drinks, Great TimeFood: 5/5
The food was quite nice as steaks go but that's about it. Service both from what I experiences first hand and from what I witnessed from a distance was poor: did not feel welcome, no one checked if our food was ok, and was not informed of the increase of food prices until I came to pay prices did not match what's the menu stated. Personally I found the customer service cold and unprofessional.
I went to Ranchos for my friends birthday last Saturday. The first thing I noted was that the decor/building was really outdated, and needed a good TLC. Especially after visiting the toilets on the premises. Food overall was OK, the size of the steaks were good. Although, when I asked for medium/rare, my steak came out as a French rare practically blue!. Prices for the food and drink were as expected for restaurants nowadays. Except the chips! I will say, I was not impressed with their portion size to cost. Service provided by the staff was ok, the team did the job as expected. But, I did not get that warm, fuzzy feeling after a great service. It was not a terrible experience, but at the same time it was not a great one either. I would not come here by choice, if I was to be honest with people who view this review. But as part of a group event like a bday/Xmas party would suffice here.
Food was alright, we had the all you can eat ribs. Website and signage says £16.95 and when we got there they had 3 month old notes on the table saying they upped their price by 10%. Also they charged 10% as a service charge which seeing as you can't even get a smile out of the staff seemed a bit rich. I was shocked when the bill came to find out they even charged us extra for a little pot of sauce! Think we'll go somewhere else next time.
Not overly impressed with the food sadly, virtually empty and more staff than customers at one point. Over charged on the bill but this was swiftly sorted out without any problems.Food: 2/5
