One of the best music venues I've ever had the pleasure of going to. An intimate venue with a great sound system. The owners work hard to bring in quality music e.g. The Wave Pictures, Burning Hell, TOPS, Lemon Twigs to name but a few. Prices are reasonable, the most I've paid for a ticket was £20 but typically prices are between £8 to £15. I really cannot recommend this place enough. If you like live music and haven't been to this place yet then you should do so.

I really wanted to dislike this venue because of its snooty 'no talking' policy; it's always cringeworthy when venue staff assume the role of a primary school headteacher because they're on a massive power trip rather than actually defending anything important. However, I'm very happy to report that I had a lovely time at this venue. The female manager was charming, helpful, and had time for everyone in the queue. She was also happy to explain the venue's stance on talking during the gigs. I am just sorry that her name escapes me. The one improvement I'd make is providing seats during acoustic performances, because our legs began to cease up after standing still for over an hour. Other than that, this venue just about lives up to its reputation, and I would love an excuse to come again.
