Easy check in. Smaller free weights area, luckily I was the only there. Weights are older but in decent shape. No cable machines for back. But really only option in Ramsgate that opens early. Overpriced at £10.5. Also I think they charge extra to use the pool. There is really no stretching area when there is a class. Locker room upstairs is really nice.
Fantastic gym / pool, with a wide range of classes. The instructors are all trained on the latest releases and are knowledgeable and approachable.nnThe gym is small and often not over crowded
Was good. Pool is nice, however I saw an amazing swimmer get turned around because of their age. They were only 8 and were not able to go past the 1.2m section! I'm not happy the staff discriminated her from her age.
Highly recommend louise for massage. I feel a lot less crunchy after her soothing pressure.
Drinking water machine in the downstairs spa area is needed was present but removed, unfair for the old and disabled to to and fro upstairs, drinking water is essential in sauna etc areas for health and safety reasons as you can appreciate.....nnSalt & Eucalyptus needs replenishing regularly, otherwise it's pointless having these individual rooms, also helps to enhance the spa experience.....nnGym equipment slightly tired but ok...nnStaff generally OK, some are exceptional.nnWould have been 5's if not for the little points above...nnDon't do swim or fitness classes, so can't comment......
