Lovely little ground staffed by some very friendly and helpful people
Great little ground. I chose to go over an hour early before kick off to ensure I got a parking space which I only just managed. So I would recommend getting there early if driving. Was my first visit and won't be my last.nUpon arrival you go through a little turnstile and i paid £9 for an adult ticket if i recall correctly i believe kids and OAPs were £5 each, then you walk by little pop up sheds selling pies and peas for £3 and refreshments.nToday was over 30 degrees so the fact the ground has stands that are covered creating shaded areas was welcomed! Really enjoyed my first visit, look forward to my next!
Good match & lots of friendly people
Smart ground and with east lancs railway just behind ground if game isn't very good that's something to keep you entertained, the welcome could of been better as I'm ground hopper and coming from crewe felt staff didn't have time to talk.
Great football, good atmosphere and only £9 entrance. Head to the cricket club for a half time pint.
