My experience with Shannon and the team were exceptional!! Nothing will take away the abuse that any off us has suffered. But with the help and dedication off the team I can now look forward to a brighter future. I am forever thankful for the support and help through such an awful time.I felt that I was taken serious and believed which meant a lot more than the money I received. The abuse that I suffered made me feel worthless and I thought that nobody would believe me. Shannon gave me the strength to fight and the outcome was more than I'd ever have thought. I can only speak about Shannon Bradshaw, and not the company as a whole. But the service I received was absolutely appalling from the start . No communication whatsoever, I had to chase everything up , very abrupt and very informative, it was like she couldn’t be bothered with my case . So , the company might be ok but I wouldn’t recommend dealing with Shannon Bradshaw. Good luck !

My advisor put me at ease. This was a difficult process for me to recall but I was made to feel at ease nor judged. The claim was dealt with a lot quicker than I expected. Dealt with Georgia, absolute star she was. Nothing but polite to me and helpful in every way possible. Went above and beyond to help with the claim! Claim went from not being accepted, to tribunal, then accepted, then first payment was low, to then getting a higher payment. Although I didn’t get the highest payment, Georgia did her best for me and I couldn’t of asked more from her really! Again a pleasure to deal with! :
Georgia has been exemptlementary in the way she has been with me, always caring always staying in touch keeping me informed of how the process is going letting me know right away of any changes or if theres something else needing signed or sent in.
