RALPH LAUREN FLAGSHIP STORE is Highly classic, they will make you feel at home. I Absolutely love this place! Great building, great brand, great location. The atmosphere was great, The home section in the basement is really stylish, not too much range, but a really lovely setting and some really nice things. There is the usual abundance of 'Polo' in several rooms, but as you ascend the stairs, it just gets better. Some really lovely Black Label and Purple Label pieces in there. I often get offered a glass of chilled water with a slice of lemon, or a cappuccino. I really love the clothes I bought.
When pre-birthday at Ralp Lauren bond street and Ms Julie was impeccable at her Job. I wanted to speak with a manager but wouldn't find one anywhere. Thanks you again Ms Julie for helping me. Lady Watson
I would never wear a shirt with a polo pony on it. That's so tacky. However they had two magnificent 1930s/40s style bomber jackets in this shop. Great art deco furniture can be found here too. Beware, it's not cheap.

Just visited my absolute favorite shop in this area. The staff are so naturally pleasant and are ready to help you as much as possible without being overbearing. Marco found me a selection of light rainproof coats after listening to me describe what I wanted. The interior is suave opulence without being obscene and the staff on various floors make you most welcome. Yes I bought a lovely winter coat which is lightweight, smart and just about affordable. I love popping in and wandering around occasionally and feel great afterwards, great brand, great shopping experience.
Went in here to make a return and the service was very nice. Was tempted to get something from the cafe but was in a bit of a hurry. The doorman wasn’t the friendliest face, but not everyone is having the best day everyday, and that’s okay.
I have been a RL customer for over 30yrs and I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received regarding a faulty product purchased on-line. The 'so called' customer service agents are totally unhelpful and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told 'we can't put through to a manager as we're all working from home'. This is absolute nonsense. RL is a global 'high end' company charging me 'high end' prices but offering no after sales service at all. Shame on you RL!
Great place but staff lacked a bit of knowledge and more interested in chatting than serving. Asked for something and they said they don’t have it only for me to find it on a shelf myself.
Coffee was great, the only minus point was the super long wait but staff was super friendly and it‘s a cute spot. Coffee size for Iced Latte was decent as well. I went for a Hazelnut Iced Latte! Nice Café to visit while you‘re shopping for a quick break. Seating inside and outside available.
